Plan A - MVP HMO - $1,750 Deductible
Plan B - MVP HMO - $2,250 Deductible
Plan C - MVP HMO - $3,750 Deductible
Plan D - MVP HMO HDHP - $3,500 Individual/$7,000 Family
Plan E - MVP HMO HDHP - $4,500 Individual/$9,000 Family
Plan F - MVP HMO HDHP - $6,950 Individual/$13,900 Family
