VADA members are community leaders, and that brings with it a vital role in bringing our spirit of goodwill and responsibility to the places we live and work. Through a range of community support and outreach programs in education, health and public safety issues, VADA and its members have a well-established reputation for giving back.

Vermont Technical College Automotive Tech Program

VADA worked with VTC to develop an Associate’s Degree Program in Automotive Technology and provided funding for the building and equipment of the Technology Center. We’ve provided close to $100,000 in scholarship funds, bringing VADA's overall contribution close to one million dollars.

VT Auto Instructor Tech & Vocational Center Support ​

In addition to providing support for National Automotive Technical Education Foundation certification and continuing education for instructors, VADA assists in purchasing textbooks and equipment and created a credentialing program for students who successfully achieve our set standards. We also provide funding support for students competing in state and regional automotive competitions.

The Automotive Consumer Action Program

​VT AutoCAP is a public service program sponsored by the VADA to resolve member consumer complaints.

Good will is established with a customer when they are satisfied with the product and service they have received and believe that they have been dealt with fairly.
