Compliance & Regulatory

One of the major challenges members face is navigating and complying with the many federal and state laws that govern every aspect of dealership and automotive operations. VADA staff is available for member dealers to provide answers to compliance questions and keeps tabs on litigation and enforcement actions occurring around the country that pose potential threats to Vermont dealers. If you have questions on any regulatory topic, please contact VADA.
