Cobra/Viper

The VADA Insurance Trust has two options for your subscribers to continue their benefits. Dealerships with over 20 employees can offer the terminating subscribers who have been on the plan for at least one day COBRA. Dealerships with fewer than 20 employees can offer the terminating subscribers who have been on the plan for at least one day VIPER.

COBRA and VIPER is administered by Business Resources, Inc. VADA sends the form for all terminating employees to Business Resources, Inc.
