Vermont Automobile Dealers Association The Vermont Automobile Dealers Association is a non-profit retail trade organization of new and used automobile dealers throughout Vermont. VADA was founded in 1945, and today represents every new car dealer in the state (109), 40 used car dealers, and 50 associate members. The purpose of VADA is to afford its members an opportunity for mutual advancement and benefit in the protection of their respective businesses, and to assure protection to the consumers of this State in their dealings with the automotive industry.
